I think our icing was too thin to start. We put the sides up and they started to slip, so we panicked and started loading more on and hoped it wold cake together.
Realizing that it was a losing battle we started tossing the candies on while we both held a side up.
About that time Eli started yelling "You were supposed to be the creative one!!"
Then the house fell in and we decided to eat the remains.
I think seeing your failed yet delicious gingerbread house put me more in the spirit than anything else has.
