Well. I wanted to see a great blue heron.

Thursday, June 4, 2009

I wanted a picture of a raven. Two birds in one shot is always fun!

The images from June 4th to June 18th will not be posted on the date they were aquired. Rather, these are just a couple choice shots I've gotten here and there on my visit home.

Coming Home

In three hours we will leave for the San Francisco airport. I will land in Toronto around 5 pm atlantic time. I will remain in Toronto until 10:00 pm due to flight changes outside my control. I will likely eat something small, overpriced and terrible during this 5 hour stopover.

I will touch down in Saint John at quarter-past midnight, exhausted and likely smelling of stress.

I will then chatter with family as they drive me home, make a couple polite rounds of the house, pee, and crawl up to bed. If there is a spider in the bed, I will simply sleep on it at that point.

I will awake around 6 am and lay there until I hear mom roll out of bed.

See you all then.

I took some. It was a crow, the dog, and a slug. Trust me it wasn't exciting. Posting this at 3 am on June4th. I'll upload this day and todays when I get home sometime.

God knows I should be able to find three animals between California and New Brunswick.
